Nova Macedonia
Nova Makedonija ( Cyrillic : Нова Македонија , German : New Macedonia ) is the oldest daily newspaper in North Macedonia . It was founded by resolution of the ASNOM Presidium, remained in state hands and supports the government's course. The first edition appeared in Gorno Vranovci in 1944 .
Its former owner, the state company "Nova Makedonija", was liquidated in 2003. However, the newspaper of the same name survived. Since December 2003 it has been owned by Zoran Nikolov and his IT company ZONIK from Skopje .
