O Jogo ( German : The Game ) is the third largest Portuguese sports newspaper. It was first publishedin Porto on February 22, 1985 . The daily circulation is 22,000 copies (as of 2015).

For the success of the sports newspaper, it was crucial to publish daily reports on FC Porto . From the point of view of the fans of the northern Portuguese club, the paper closed a gap in relation to the other national sports newspapers, A Bola and Record . O Jogo is the in-house newspaper of FC Porto. The magazine also has a Lisbon edition, with a slightly different regional focus, with Sporting Lisbon and Benfica drawing Lisbon for the main reporting.

In 1995 the newspaper was acquired by Controlinveste, now Global Media Group , a large media group that still owns the newspaper.
