The sculpture Occasion Dramatique is in Bremen - Mitte , on President-Kennedy-Platz in front of BLG's main administrative headquarters . It is included in the list of monuments and statues of the city of Bremen .

The sculpture from 1960 made of COR-TEN steel , 2.75 m × 1.85 m in size, was made by the Italian-French sculptor Berto Lardera (1911–1989) and was installed in 1989 in Bremen. Lardera, according to the Bremen State Office for Monument Preservation , “is one of the main representatives of an expressionist, abstract style, a style that was decisive for the 1950s and 1960s. The abstract design language characterizes his work - objects consisting of mounted or welded metal plates, flat iron disks with variously varying cutouts and cutouts ”.
