Olivier Bausset (born February 1, 1982 in Avignon ) is a former French sailor .
successes
Olivier Bausset took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in the 470 dinghy . Together with Nicolas Charbonnier , he finished third behind Nathan Wilmot and Malcolm Page as well as Joe Glanfield and Nick Rogers . With a total of 78 points, they received the bronze medal in front of the Dutch with the same number of points, who finished one place behind the two French in the decisive medal race . The year before that, Bausset with Charbonnier was vice European champion. After the games, he ended his career.
