Oscar Tuazon

Oscar Tuazon (* 1975 in Seattle ) is an American installation artist and sculptor who lives in Los Angeles.

life and work

Tuazon studied at Deep Springs College , the Cooper Union and was a participant in the Whitney Independent Study Program .

Oscar Tuazon's expansive constructions are located at the interface between sculpture, architecture and design. Commonly used materials are wood, metal, stone and concrete. Tuazon himself often works physically on site with workers and specialists on the realization of his works.
