Patrick Le Hyaric (born February 4, 1957 in Orléans , Loiret Department ) is a French politician of the Parti communiste français .
Life
From 1989 to 2001 Le Hyaric was a member of La Courneuve City Council . Le Hyaric, who worked for many years as a journalist for the French magazine La Terre , has been the successor to Pierre Zarka as editor-in-chief of the French newspaper L'Humanité since 2000 . He has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009 . Le Hayric is a member of the Parti communiste français.
