Peter Schütt (politician, 1901)

Peter Schütt (born October 7, 1901 in Konzen ; † January 20, 1984 in Monschau ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, Weishaupt trained as a weaver . He worked as a weaver in Monschau until 1962. Schütt was married and had four children.

He was a member of the district council of the former Monschau district from December 19, 1945 to March 18, 1961. From April 7, 1949 to November 20, 1958, he was district administrator of the district. In the council of the municipality Konzen he was in 1947, represented from 1948 to 1949 and from 1961 to 1969. From 1961 to 1969 he was mayor of Konzen. In addition, Schütt was a member of the representative of the Imgenbroich office and temporarily mayor.

In 1966 Schütt received the Federal Cross of Merit, 1st class.
