Petra Kusch-Lück (born April 6, 1948 in Berlin ) is a German presenter , dancer and singer .

After Petra Kusch-Lück had learned to be a nurse in the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin-Mitte, she was initially part-time announcer in the second program of the GDR television from 1969 . It opened this on October 7, 1969, on the national holiday of the GDR, as the country's first color television program. She finally took over the moderation of the popular entertainment program Ein Kessel Buntes three times . On Celebrity Night , she made an appearance in a predator cage. As the announcer on duty, Petra Kusch-Lück celebrated a “tearful” farewell to the station and program on the last day of broadcasting of the GDR television, which was renamed in DFF .

In the period before 1989 she was voted TV favorite eight times in a row in the GDR , but after the fall of the Wall , like many other artists who were successful in the GDR, she suffered a career break. With a marquee and her partner Roland Neudert , after being released from the GDR television ensemble, she began entering the music business for Germany as a whole.

From 1995 to 2003, she moderated the folk music telecast musicians barn on the estate Schloss Diedersdorf in the ARD . Even after the folk music show had ended, Kusch-Lück moderated live events in Diedersdorf. With the Couples Show, she has been presenting a hit revue with Roland Neudert, Andrea and Wilfried Peetz as a presenter and duet partner since March 2009 , initially with the singing and moderation duo Hauff & Henkler .

From 1997 to 2011 Petra Kusch-Lück presented more than 700 editions of the birthday show Alles Gute on MDR television. She also presented the MDR television show Happy Mother's Day every year until 2011 .

In October 2006, a magazine called on its readers to vote for the television favorite 2006, with Petra Kusch-Lück taking third place. On October 3, 2007, she was voted first in the MDR program The Choice of the Most Popular TV Announcers from 100 well-known colleagues with 1,453 audience votes. On April 6, 2008, MDR television broadcast the program Rosen für Dich on her 60th birthday .

Kusch-Lück lives in Berlin-Altglienicke and is married to the pop singer Roland Neudert . A daughter comes from the previous relationship with the pop singer Thomas Lück .
