Pinnacle Center
Pinnacle Center is a multi-condominium complex in multiple high-rise buildings in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The residential complex includes four high-rise buildings and is located on the Toronto Waterfront. The Pinnacle Center is bordered by Yonge Street to the east, Harbourfront to the south, Bay Street to the west and the Gardiner Expressway to the north. The residential complex was built by Vancouver- based Canadian real estate company Pinnacle International .
Building information
The residential complex includes four buildings:
- Pinnacle A at 16 Yonge Street. The building was completed in 2006. It has 40 floors and a height of 124 meters and 501 apartments.
- Pinnacle B at 12 Yonge Street. The building was completed in 2007. It has 29 floors and 92 meters high and 298 apartments.
- Success Tower 1 The building was completed at the end of 2009 and has 53 floors and a height of 157.4 meters. With the antennas even 162 meters.
- Success Tower 2 has 51 floors and a height of 135 meters. The building was completed in spring 2010.
Facilities
In addition to the apartments, the building complex has a large wellness area with swimming pool, whirlpools and a large fitness center. In addition, there is an outdoor mini golf course, tennis court and a jogging track that runs around half the site.
