Radhi Ben Abdelmajid Jaïdi (born August 30, 1975 in Tunis ) is a former Tunisian football player (defender).

Jaïdi moved in July 2004 from Espérance Tunis , a club that won the Tunisian championship last season, to England . He made it into the Premier League twice with Birmingham City : 2007 and 2009 and was also a regular player. In the summer of 2009, however, he decided against returning to the big Premier League football stage . Instead, he signed with third-rate Southampton FC for two years . With his new team, he achieved promotion to the second-rate Football League Championship in the 2010/11 season .
