Ramona Rahnis

Ramona Rahnis is a former German skeleton pilot .

Ramona Rahnis from SSV Altenberg ran the sport of skeleton between 1996 and 2002 on an international level. She contested her first rated World Cup race in December 1996 in Igls and finished ninth. In the following race she achieved her best World Cup result with an eighth place in La Plagne . In the 2000/01 season she took part in the newly created European Skeleton Cup for the first time. Here a second place in Altenberg behind Sylvia Liebscher was her best individual result. In the overall standings she took third place. Her best placement at the German championships was second place in 1996 and 1997 and a third place in 1998.
