Coordination tasks

As a central authority, many public administration tasks come together in the government of Lower Franconia. The middle authority also mediates between the subordinate authorities.

Legal protection tasks

In other areas, the filing of an objection is also optional. Often, an appeal decision offers an inexpensive and quick alternative to legal proceedings.

The government of Lower Franconia also supports and advises subordinate authorities and municipalities in the implementation of decrees and laws of the higher governments. The government has experts from various areas at its disposal. In addition to government agencies, citizens and companies are also advised.
