The Regiomontanusbote is the magazine of the Nürnberger Astronomische Arbeitsgemeinschaft eV (NAA) and the bulletin of the Nürnberger Astronomische Gesellschaft eV (NAG). It was founded in 1988 after there had been a forerunner publication from 1978 to 1980 as internal communications from the observatory , the planetarium and the Nuremberg Astronomical Working Group.
The magazine is named after the Franconian astronomer Regiomontanus .
