Renate Breuer (born December 1, 1939 in Berlin ) is a former German canoeist who won Olympic silver in 1968 and became world champion in 1970.

  • Silver in 1969 and bronze in 1965 at the European Championships in a single kayak, bronze in 1967 in a two-person kayak with Roswitha Esser , silver in 1967 (with Roswitha Esser, Elke Felten and Sigrid Ritter) and 1969 (with Annemarie Zimmermann , Roswitha Esser and Elke Felten), and bronze in 1965 ( with Elke Felten, Irene Rozema and Roswitha Esser) all in a four-kayak.
