Roger Kellaway (* 1. November 1939 in Waban , Massachusetts ) is an American jazz - pianist - composer and - producer .

Roger Kellaway studied at the New England Conservatory in the late 1950s , spent the early 1960s in New York , played the piano with Kai Winding , Al Cohn and Zoot Sims and, from 1964, regularly in the Clark Terry / Bob Brookmeyer Band. 1966 Kellaway went to California , played in the Big Band of Don Ellis and took the solo album Stride! on.
