The Ropa is a 78.7 kilometers left tributary of the Wisłoka in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship and the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland .

The river has its source near Wysowa-Zdrój not far from the border with Slovakia in the Lower Beskids . The Ropa then first flows in a north-westerly direction happens then the reservoir Jezioro Klimkowskie , turns in Ropa to the northeast, where the Droga krajowa 28 follows its course, taking in the city Gorlice right inflow Sękówka , town Biecz the left inflow Sitniczanka and flows below Biecz after entering the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in an easterly direction to the town of Jasło , where it flows into the Wisłoka. The catchment area is given as 974.1 square kilometers.
