Red list of endangered plants, fungi and animals in North Rhine-Westphalia
The red list of endangered plants, fungi and animals in North Rhine-Westphalia is a red list of endangered species for the area of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . It is based on long-term observations of the population development of plant, fungus and animal species. It was published so far in 1979, 1986, 1999 and 2011. Around 1000 people were involved in the fourth edition. It is currently divided into 23 species groups.
