Ruslan Alexejewitsch Adschindschal ( Russian Руслан Алексеевич Аджинджал ; born June 22, 1974 in Gagra , Abkhazian ASSR ) is a former Russian - Abkhaz football player. He is the twin brother of Beslan Ajindjal .

life and career

The midfielder Ajindjal began playing football in his Abkhaz hometown of Gagra . In 1991 he moved to Dinamo Sukhum in the Second Soviet League .

When the Soviet Union and with it its league system was dissolved in the same year, his club went under in the turmoil of the outbreak of the Abkhaz civil war . He then moved to Druzhba Maikop in the newly founded Russian league together with his brother Beslan and teammates Gennady Timofejew and Tamasi Jenik . By 1993 he completed over 60 league games for Druzhba, in which he scored 11 goals.

In 1994 he moved to Baltika Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea , where he stayed until 1999. For Baltika, he was on the field in 183 games and scored 23 goals. After an intermezzo at Torpedo-SIL Moscow , he joined Uralan Elista in 2001 , before moving to Terek Grozny in 2005 .

From 2006 to 2007 he was under contract with Lutsch-Energija Vladivostok , again together with his brother Beslan. From 2008 to 2010 he was signed by Krylya Sowetow Samara . From 2011 to 2013 he was part of the Volga Nizhny Novgorod team .

Ajindschal also competed for the Abkhaz national football team, which is not recognized by FIFA .
