Reibnitz castle ruins

Rybnica (German Reibnitz ) is a village in the municipality of Stara Kamienica . It belongs to the Jelenia Góra district in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland.

Here is a ruined castle from the 13th century with a still standing outer wall from the 16th century, which fell into disrepair in the 19th century. In the Middle Ages, the von Reibnitz family was enfeoffed with the castle. In old chronicles it is said to have been mentioned under the name Laudis Palatium , from which the vernacular made " Castle Läusepelz ".
