Süßenbach is a village and under the name Süssenbach a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Kirchberg am Walde in the district of Gmünd in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 100 building areas with 39,561 m² and 102 gardens on 24,801 m² in the cadastral community of Süssenbach, in 1989/1990 there were also 100 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 356 and in 2009/2010 there were 168 buildings on 352 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 398 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 134 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 386 hectares and 141 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 384 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 141 hectares. The average soil climate number of Süssenbach is 30.4 (as of 2010).
