Satisloh is an international machine manufacturer for the production of spectacle lenses and lenses for the optical industry . In addition to the headquarters in Baar , Switzerland, Satisloh has production and service locations, logistics centers and sales companies worldwide.

In 1922 Wilhelm Loh founded his “mechanical workshop, toolmaking and locksmith's shop” in Wetzlar . In 1998, Schweiter Technologies AG from Switzerland bought the Satis Vacuum Group, which specializes in vacuum coating. In 2005 Schweiter Technologies took over Wilhelm Loh KG and merged it with Satis Vacuum to form Satisloh. In 2008 the French Essilor group bought Satisloh.
