In December, the city of Lucerne , which had come under Habsburg rule a few months earlier, also joined this coalition against Duke Albrecht of Austria . When an army from Zurich tried to conquer the Habsburg city of Winterthur in April 1292 , it was defeated by the Habsburgs at the gates of the city near St. Georgen. The anti-Habsburg coalition then broke up.
