Scotty Lago (born November 12, 1987 ) is an American snowboarder . At the 2010 Winter Olympics , he won the bronze medal in the halfpipe .

biography

Originally from Seabrook , New Hampshire , Lago began his career in 1996. At the Winter X Games organized by ESPN in Aspen , he won bronze in 2006, silver in 2009 and silver and gold in 2011 in various disciplines. The bronze medal at the 2010 Olympic Games in the halfpipe is the highlight of his career so far. Lago was seen in 2011 with his colleagues Travis Rice and Nicolas Müller in the film The Art of Flight .
