Siegfried Augustin
Siegfried C. Augustin (born September 12, 1946 in Schwarzach im Pongau , Salzburg ; † June 9, 2011 ) was an Austrian engineer.
Life
Siegfried Augustin studied at the Montan University Leoben. In 1973 he was promoted to Dr. mont. PhD; In 1991 he completed his habilitation. In 1998 he was appointed university professor for industrial logistics at the Montan University Leoben .
In addition to his work as an expert in industrial logistics, Augustin became known for his research on Karl May , of which he also published several works. He also wrote studies on adventure literature and Indian studies of various works by May.
