Simon Gosejohann (born January 9, 1976 in Gütersloh - Niehorst ) is a German actor , presenter and comedian .

Life

Together with his older brother Thilo Gosejohann and friends, Simon Gosejohann has made dozens of short and feature films under the name The Neverhorst Company (named after Niehorst , the birthplace of the two) since 1991, which earned the brothers a reputation as talented young filmmakers in the amateur video scene . Many of the films were screened at festivals and won awards and competitions (e.g. In the Face of Her Majesty and Ingo Jownes and the Evil Mummy ).

While Gosejohann was still training as an industrial clerk at Union Knopf GmbH in Bielefeld - Sennestadt (1996–1999), he and the other members of the Neverhorst Company completed their largest project to date, the superhero feature film Captain Cosmotic, after more than six years of working . This made him and the other participants known to a wider audience after it had been broadcast in several episodes on VIVA Zwei .

Gosejohanns first TV appearance was on September 3, 2000 with the docu-soap WG Europe of the WDR television . This was followed by appearances in the show Kamikaze by VIVA Zwei (mainly as a victim of Niels Ruf ), and in November 2000 his first moderation in the show Zelluloid (first as a substitute, then as main presenter). In 2002 and 2003 he also moderated the VIVA show Film . For these two programs he was awarded the German Television Prize 2002.

Gosejohann finally got his start as a comedian in 2002 with the program Comedystreet , for which he shot five regular seasons until 2009. In 2009 and 2011 two more seasons followed with the title Comedystreet XXL . He was a permanent member of the comedy trap on Sat.1 .

In addition to the films of the Neverhorst Company , Gosejohann can be seen as an actor in the film The Night of the Living Losers . Gosejohann plays Horst Schlämmer in the film - Isch are candidates! the intern Ulle.

From 2005 to 2014 Gosejohann was seen at the annual TV total Stock Car Crash Challenge , where he won a medal in the 1900 class in 2010.

Thilo Gosejohann is responsible for the camera and direction for most of the Neverhorst films and Comedystreet; Simon Gosejohann is, however, even as a director have appeared (Master of the Fist) and often writes on the scripts. Since 2006 he has been speaking to the Macabros in the new edition of the radio play series of the same name, in 2006 he had a guest role as Sascha in Die Wilden Hühner .
