Social Court Duisburg
The Duisburg Social Court is a social justice court . The court established on June 1, 1959 is one of eight social courts in North Rhine-Westphalia and has its seat in Duisburg .
Courthouse
The court building of the Duisburg Social Court has been located at Mülheimer Strasse 54 since September 23, 1980 . The Duisburg Labor Court is located in the same building .
Judicial district and higher courts
The Duisburg Social Court is locally responsible for the cities of Duisburg , Essen , Mülheim an der Ruhr and Oberhausen as well as the districts of Kleve and Wesel . It keeps in food, money , Kleve and Wesel court days off. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .
At the state level, the North Rhine-Westphalia State Social Court in Essen is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
