Stacy Herbert (born March 12, 1968 in Huntington, New York ) is an American television presenter and film producer, best known for her productions People and Power (2007), Popetown (2005) and The Companion (1994). She is married to Max Keizer .

Life

She co-produced the film Popetown , a satirical cartoon series set in a fictional Vatican . The broadcast was commissioned by the BBC . The broadcast was suspended, however, because one did not want to hurt Catholics.

Herbert wrote in the New Humanist in 2004 : “If comedy is to cause catharsis, then the Catholic Church, given its list of worries, really needs a little laughter. Wouldn't the sound of laughter be more welcome than the anxious gasp that normally accompanies every article or program about the Catholic Church? "

Herbert and her husband Max Keizer present the Keizer Report on RT and Double Down on Radio Sputnik .

Stacy Herbert is also co-hosting The Truth About Markets on Resonance 104.4 FM in London.
