Stokke is a village in the Norwegian municipality of Sandefjord in the province of Vestfold og Telemark .

The islands of Håøya (north of Veierland) and Veierland were ceded to the neighboring municipality of Nøtterøy on January 1, 1901 and 1965, respectively. On January 1, 2017, Stokke was incorporated into the municipality of Sandefjord.

The highest point is the 171  moh. located Høgståsen .

The name comes from an old farm that was originally called Stokkar ( norw. Originate ; old north. Stokkar (Sing. Stokkr) - tree trunks). Three golden tree trunks on a red field have also formed the coat of arms since 1984 ( blazon : three vertical golden tree trunks in red).
