Carl Sture Mikael Andersson (born November 18, 1949 in Örnsköldsvik ) is a former Swedish ice hockey player .
Career
Sture Andersson began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown with MoDo AIK , for whose professional team he was active from 1972 to 1984 - first in Division 1 and from the 1975/76 season in its successor league Elitserien . In the 1978/79 season , the defender won the Swedish championship with MoDo AIK . He contributed to this success with 15 points, four of which were goals, in a total of 41 games.
International
For Sweden Andersson took part in the 1979 World Cup and the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid . In both tournaments he won the bronze medal with his team.
