TAP3

TAP3 ( T ransferred A ccount P rocedure 3 ) is version 3 of the file format of the GSM Association for the exchange of billing data. This file format is mainly used in the mobile communications sector to exchange billing information for international roaming . Unlike versions 1 and 2, which is a fixed ASCII - character encoding have and thus were directly readable TAP3 files are binary with the ASN.1 coded syntax and only with appropriate software readable or editable.
