Takatsukasa Fuyunori

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Takatsukasa Fuyunori ( Japanese 鷹 司 冬 教 ; * 1295 ; † February 27, 1337 ) was a scion of the noble Takatsukasa family , descended from Konoe Iezane , who was considered one of the go-sekke worthy enough to provide rulers for Japanese rulers.

His biological father was Takatsukasa Motohira , he was adopted by Takatsukasa Fuyuhira . He received the next third rank in 1309, followed by the usual rise, which brought him to the office of Naidaijin in 1322 . He was Sadaijin (“Chancellor to the Left”) for a comparatively long time from 1324–33 , parallel to this from 1330 on as regent for Go-Daigo and, after his banishment, for Kōgon , the first ruler of the northern dynasty.

From 1334 he was Udaijin ("Chancellor on the right") and rose again to the left position the following year. At the same time he was tutor to the Crown Prince.

He too adopted - as Takatsukasa Fuyuhira had done before him - Morohira, who was a brother of Fuyunori's wife.

Fuyunori wrote the Kōgon-in go sokui-ki ("records of the accession of the Kōgon") and the Shōkei Goenkōin Kampaku ki .
