She throws Dr. Pfortner a malpractice in a breast operation performed by him and sees him as the cause of their suffering. When she meets him in downtown Saarbrücken, she attacks him, which Palu happened to observe. In the evening, Sandra Waller learns from her friend, gallery owner Alain, that Dr. Schreiner also wants to exhibit pictures of her at a vernissage without her consent. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Carpenter found shot and Palu identified. In a photo of the victim together with Dr. Pfortner recognizes Palu as the victim of the attack, but does not know who it is. Sandra Waller is late returning to the clinic and is supported by Dr. Scholz admonishes. She tells him that her father, Dr. Waller, had been with her, but hadn't told him anything. Dr. The next day, Waller is looking for Dr. Pfortner and asks about his daughter. He confirms that he had carried out a breast augmentation on his daughter and that the operation went without complications. Meanwhile, Sandra Waller enters the studio and searches for the pictures in question in order to steal them, but is discovered and learns that Dr. Carpenter is dead.

Meanwhile, Deininger finds out that the man in the photo is Dr. Pfortner acts, in his clinic the investigators also learn that Dr. Schreiner had previously worked there as an anesthetist. Palu then looks for the clinic of Dr. Scholz, there he learns that Dr. Schreiner had been working for her for half a year after she started working for Dr. Pfortner had ended abruptly.

Sandra Waller goes to the gallery and finds Alain seriously injured there. He was knocked down and two pictures of Dr. Carpenters were stolen. Palu meets Sandra Waller in the gallery and asks her about the missing pictures, but she is clueless. Palu asks Pfortner about the murder victim, he admits he had a relationship with Barbara Schreiner. Sandra Waller follows Pfortner with her motorcycle and provokes a traffic accident, in which Pfortner is not injured. Compared to Palu, who happened to be passing by, he played down the incident and stated that he did not recognize Mrs. Waller.

Palu is looking for Dr. Scholz, however, denied him the statement about the connection between Sandra Waller and Pfortner. In one of Schreiner's pictures, Palu recognized a former beauty queen of the Saarland, who died surprisingly young, and went to see her mother. This states that the daughter had plastic surgery at Dr. Pfortner and died of heart failure. Dr. Carpenter exhibited. Dr. Waller looks for his daughter and asks her what Pfortner had done to her. He had operated on Sandra even though she drives motorcycle races. Pfortner knew about the races and operated them anyway. Her breast implants ruptured during a race and she was seriously injured, so she is still with Dr. Scholz is treated. Dr. Waller is beside himself and wants to ensure that Pfortner loses his license to practice medicine. He is looking for Dr. Pfortner and announces that he will hand over his evidence to the medical association.

Palu tracks down a former Pfortner patient, Dr. Schreiner had assured her that the operation was completely risk-free, but the method was not fully developed and the implants had to be removed again as they threatened to burst. She was ashamed and therefore did not file a complaint. Meanwhile, a French ex-cosmetic surgeon who previously worked with Pfortner and whom Dr. Waller had visited the day before, was killed in a gas explosion. Palu wanted to question him, but it's too late now. Palu's partner Margit is instrumentalized by Palu as a decoy and takes advice from Pfortner.

Pfortner talks to a speaker from the pharmaceutical industry and demands more money from him in order to continue testing the drugs on patients. The French police have meanwhile confirmed that the gas explosion was definitely an accident. Deininger goes to Pfortner and asks him about the dead beauty queen. He claims that it was clearly heart failure and indignantly denies any guilt for the death of the young woman. Dr. Waller receives a visit from someone he knows late in the evening. Shortly afterwards, when his daughter drives to him to speak to her father, she finds him dead. She then penetrates Pfortner's villa to shoot him, but flees when his lover arrives. Palu is looking for Dr. Scholz and asks her about her interest in art and her alibi. She can name Sandra Waller because she treated her after the shock of finding her father dead. Palu warns Sandra Waller not to do anything rash because her father's gun has disappeared and he suspects that only she can have the gun. After reviewing the documents, the police doctor tells Palu that Sandra Waller's unsuccessful operation was intent. Dr. Scholz, who was a former lover of Pfortner, goes to Pfortner with Sandra to kill him. Pfortner tells her that he put her implants because she didn't deserve a perfect body. Pfortner had wanted to go to bed with her, but Sandra had rejected him, the unsuitable implants were his revenge.

Palu arrives and informs Sandra that Dr. Scholz killed Schreiner and her father. Scholz grabs the gun and shoots Pfortner before Palu can intervene. Scholz says that Pfortner persuaded her to have a breast augmentation shortly before the separation. He put contaminated implants in her because she wanted to leave him. Her breasts therefore had to be amputated. Dr. Schreiner had to die because she also wanted to exhibit pictures of her mutilation. Dr. Waller killed her because he had found out about her background and wanted to prevent her from further treating his daughter because of her trauma. But she didn't kill the French doctor, it must have been an accident. She had wanted to use Sandra as a murder tool to get revenge on Pfortner. Sandra despises Scholz and tells her when she is arrested that Pfortner is not dead but will be back on his feet in a few weeks. They would both have to live with that.
