The Last Man on Earth is an American post-apocalyptic fiction - Comedy - TV series , on March 1, 2015 from Fox aired. The German-language first broadcast took place on March 15, 2017 on the German pay-TV channel ProSieben Fun . From October 4, 2017, ProSieben Maxx broadcast one episode in prime time.
The second season began broadcasting in the USA at the end of September 2015, followed by the third at the end of September 2016. The fourth season started on American television on October 1, 2017. On May 10, 2018, Fox announced that the series would not continue.

Phil Miller, played by Will Forte , appears to be the last man known to man as a virus appears to have wiped out mankind. So he roams the USA in order to possibly find other people. On his bizarre journey he leaves clues that he exists, hoping to find more survivors.
