Theophil Passavant
Theophil Passavant (born April 14, 1787 in Geneva , † November 12, 1864 in Basel ) was a Swiss theologian.
He was the second son of the banker Hans Franz Passavant . In 1832 he founded the “Association for Sunday Rooms, for Workers, Apprentices and Boys” in Basel.
