Thinking of You is a song by the German dance project RIO It was released on March 27, 2015 as a single and download . The track is sung by her songwriting colleague Andreas Ballinas, who can also be seen in the music video. The title was first presented on Kontor Top of the Clubs Vol. 66 . The song has a completely different side to the duo. The reason for this is that it was the first time a deep house beat was used for the production and not a big room drop, as with the previous single One in a Million .
Music video
The official music video was uploaded on March 27, 2015 from the official YouTube channel of the record label Kontor Records . The main character in the videos is a young woman. She hitchhikes through America. One of her clues is also the singer of the song. Then you see scenes of the two of them together, including how they balance on train tracks in the sunset, how they lie in each other's arms and how they drive together in a car through the area, with the woman saying goodbye to him in the last scene and hitchhiking on. Furthermore, the singer is shown alone singing the lyrics of the song playback and playing the guitar. There is a parallel between the lyrics and the video in that the lyrics are directed at the woman and the singer can't get her out of his head. After just two weeks, the video counts several hundred thousand clicks.

The song was produced by Yanou and Manian and was released through their own label Zooland Records and the dance label Kontor Records . Ballinas is not mentioned on the single cover of the song. Commercial win
Due to the early release on iTunes, the song reached the top 100 there in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. However, the track did not get beyond place 84 and 6 days. Furthermore, the song missed the top 100 after its release, both in the download and in the single chart area. Reasons for this, according to critics, are a lack of airplay promotion and a lack of recognition value.
