Thomas Trabitsch
Thomas Trabitsch (* 1956 in Zwettl ) is an Austrian theater scholar and director of the Austrian Theater Museum .
Life
Trabitsch studied theater studies, art history , philosophy and musicology at the University of Vienna and received a doctorate in theater studies. He then worked as a dramaturge at the theater in Regensburg and then for the musical youth of Austria . He then worked for six years in the exhibition department of the Kunsthistorisches Museum and then finally entrusted the exhibition preparations in the theater museum, before taking over its management on June 1, 2002 as the successor to Helga Dostal .
