Tikhon Kiselyov Yakovlevich ( Russian Тихон Яковлевич Киселёв , Belarusian Ціхан Якаўлевіч Кісялёў ; born July 30, jul. / 12. August  1917 greg. Life

Kisseljow graduated from the teachers' school in Retschyza in 1936 and then worked as a teacher between 1936 and 1944 and most recently as the head of a school in Gomel . In 1940 he became a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and in 1941 began distance learning at the Pedagogical Institute in Gomel . After he was an instructor in the Gomelskaya Oblast Party Committee in 1944 , he studied at the CPSU Party College between 1944 and 1946 and was then head of the training department of the Brestskaya Oblast Party Committee between 1946 and 1948 .
