Triersches house
The Triersche Haus is a baroque residential building in the inner old town of Dresden (Sporergasse 12 / Schössergasse 14), which was built in 1695 for the electoral librarian, court and judiciary Johann Friedrich Trier and added another floor in 1791. The corner bay of the house on Sporergasse and Schössergasse is particularly striking. From 1939 Jewish families lived here, hence the name "Judenhaus" at the time. The building was destroyed in the bombing of the city in 1945 and rebuilt in 2016.
