Trouble Indemnity is an American animated short film directed by Pete Burness in 1950.

action

The extremely short-sighted Mister Magoo receives a visit from an insurance agent who wants to sell him a life insurance policy . Since Magoo shows him instead of the door in a closet and the representative finds things from Magoo's college days and suddenly pretends to be a graduate of the same university, Magoo signs the contract. He's now life insured for $ 400,000.

On the same day, when Magoo believes that he has been bitten by his dog, even though his foot only got caught in the tiger skin on the carpet, he wants insurance money. Instead of going into the insurance building, he accidentally climbs onto the adjacent building under construction. The insurance agent, who has just told his boss about the successful graduation from Mister Magoo, which would save the insurance from ruin, sees his client climbing over thin walkways and scaffolding on the construction site. He and his boss rush to the construction site because Magoo's death would also mean the end of the bankrupt insurance company. Through several coincidences, Magoo gets back to the ground safely, but then goes to a high-voltage area that promptly explodes. The two insurance men are devastated and are already planning to leave the country when they suddenly see Mister Magoo talking to an advertising poster. You pay him a small sum insured and he shakes hands with both of them goodbye - they get an electric shock.
