inadmissibility
Legal jargon describes as inadmissible an application , a lawsuit , a legal remedy or an appeal which, for procedural reasons, namely due to the lack of the formal requirements for the act, must remain unsuccessful. The opposite of inadmissibility is admissibility .
The most common case of inadmissibility is failure to meet the deadline for applications, complaints or actions . An inadmissible application submitted to an authority or a court does not lead to a referral in the matter.
The dismissal of the action as inadmissible takes place through a trial judgment , applications are rejected as inadmissible or rejected, inadmissible legal remedies are discarded. No res judicata arises from a trial judgment .
A distinction must be made between unfoundedness and inadmissibility . If a request or appeal is unfounded, it will not work on the matter.
