Ursi Anna Aeschbacher

Ursi Anna Aeschbacher (born 1951 in Biel / Bienne ) is a Swiss author and publisher .

Life

After training in Biel and Berlin, Aeschbacher lived in Germany for 30 years. a. in Berlin , the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg , Emmendingen and Freiburg im Breisgau . She worked at the Öko-Institut in Freiburg im Breisgau and for several years as an editor at Radio Dreyeckland . She was also on the board of the Federal Association of Free Radios in Germany.

In 2002 she returned to Biel and founded the publisher die brotsuppe in 2003 , where she a. a. is responsible for graphics and prepress. Aeschbacher also works as a graphic designer, illustrator, author and editor for various publishers. Aeschbacher has produced radio plays and audio books and written columns , stories and audio books. From 2014 she was co-president, from 2016 on the board of the association of independent Swiss publishers Swips . She is the mother of a son.
