Ursula Summ

Ursula Summ (born March 27, 1947 in Hofheim am Taunus ) is a German author of cookbooks .

At the end of the 1970s, Summ came across the Hay combining diet for health reasons . Building on this, she developed the summ-food combining . She publishes diet books with recipes that match the diet recommended by doctors Ludwig Walb and William Howard Hay. Your nutritional guides have been translated into ten languages ​​and sold more than five million times (as of 2013).
