Uwe Bekemann
Uwe Bekemann (born August 30, 1959 ) is a German author of books from various fields (chess openings, administrative law , fiction ) and correspondence chess player . He published most of his chess books with Jerzy Konikowski at Joachim Beyer Verlag .
He is a board member of the German Correspondence Chess Federation (BdF). Bekemann lives in Oerlinghausen (Lippe) and works for the city of Bielefeld as an auditor and anti-corruption officer . He is a member of the Tönsberg Oerlinghausen chess club; its current DWZ is 1661 (as of February 23, 2015).
