The Vasuki Parbat is a 6792 m high mountain in the Himalayas in Uttarakhand ( India ).
The mountain is located in the Gangotri Group in the western Garhwal Himalayas . The Vasuki Parbat is located east of the Gangotri glacier and south of the Chaturangi glacier . A ridge leads south from Vasuki Parbat to the 6702 m high south summit ( ⊙ ) and then west to Bhagirathi I (6856 m). The 7075 m high Satopanth lies 4.9 km southeast. In between, a tributary glacier of the Chaturangi glacier runs in a northerly direction.
Vasuki Parbat was first climbed on October 2, 1973 by members of the Indian-Tibetan border police under LP Semwell.
