Administrative court of Lüneburg
The administrative court of Lüneburg is a court of administrative jurisdiction . It is one of seven administrative courts in the state of Lower Saxony .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg .
The judicial district includes the districts of Celle , Harburg , Heidekreis , Lüchow-Dannenberg , Lüneburg and Uelzen . The judicial district thus has nearly 900,000 court residents .

The court is located at Adolph-Kolping-Straße 16 , which is also where the Lüneburg Social Court is located .
organization
Frank Hüsing has been President since 2017, succeeding Wolfgang Siebert. The court has 53 employees, including a total of 31 judges (as of April 2018). Eleven chambers have been formed, including four specialist chambers (specialist chamber for state personnel representation matters, specialist chamber for federal personnel representation matters, specialist chamber for state disciplinary matters and specialist chamber for federal disciplinary matters).
Superior courts
The Lower Saxon Higher Administrative Court in Lüneburg is superordinate to the Lüneburg Administrative Court in the first instance and the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig in the last instance .
