ViVe (Visión Venezuela) is a Venezuelan cultural television channel . It was established by the Venezuelan government in 2003 with the aim of promoting the dissemination of information related to the advanced political processes in the country and Venezuelan culture.
In 2006 the Venezuelan government invested heavily in the purchase of new equipment, antennas and adequate systems to enable reception of the station throughout the country.
Since April 9, 2007, the Spanish Organización de Asociaciones de Televisiones Locales de España has been broadcasting three hours of programming to Europe every day.
