Villa Augusta (Kötzschenbroda)

The Villa Augusta is located at Ludwig-Richter-Allee 7 in the Kötzschenbroda district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built between March and October 1877 by the Niederlößnitz architect and builder Adolf Neumann according to his own design.

The under monument protection standing Villa is a small, single-storey house of three times two window axes size. It has an expanded, slate-covered truncated pyramid roof with arched gable dormers .

In the street view on the right there is a two-storey side elevation with twin windows , in the eaves of which the house name is found. The gable is a somewhat simplified volute gable supported by consoles and decorated with pilasters and keystones . In the central axis of the street view is a terrace , formerly with an open veranda ; An outside staircase leads to the garden . There is an entrance porch on the back of the building.

The plastered building, standing on a stone base, is structured by cornices as well as corner blocks and corner pilasters.
