history

Reconstruction drawing by Höhne, 1935

The villa built in 1894 by the Serkowitz construction company FW Eisold for the Radebeul timber wholesaler Bernhard Große was owned by Martha Waentig from Dresden in 1915, who rented it out. Later the house came into the possession of the master builder Johannes Eisold , with whom the Saxon politician Heinrich Waentig lived in one of his other houses in 1915 . Eisold changed the building in 1919.

Another owner, Erich Mater, had Alwin Höhne make further changes in 1935/1936 ; In addition to the installation of a staircase and changes to the windows, the late historic facades in particular were stylistically modernized and simplified.
