The Villa Frieda is located at Karlstrasse 1 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built with a building permit from October 1900 by the Niederlößnitz master builder FA Bernhard Große as the builder and executor; the authorization for use was issued in April 1902. The design for the gate dates from June 1901.

description

The two-storey, under monument protection standing villa for rent is a "picturesque irregular [s]" residential building, which stands on a break stone base and on top of a flattened brick hipped roof has.

In the street view there is a single-storey polygonal bay window on the left , in the roof a half-timbered gable rises above it with a crooked hip . In the left side view, facing south to today's parking platform, there is a stair tower with a steep tent roof with a lantern towards the back of the building . In the middle of the facade in front of it there is a single-storey open entrance porch with an outside staircase and the date 1901 . A similar porch on the other side of the building to the north, but glazed, leads there into the garden.

The windows of the poorly structured, plastered building are framed by sandstone walls.

The elaborate gate system for pedestrians consists of double pillars with a wrought iron gate, over which extends a tiled timber-framed roof. The further fencing is carried out as a lancet fence.
