description

The two-storey, listed villa stands on the edge of the Radebeul industrial area on a corner plot of land facing Emilienstraße. The formerly associated factory of the dye works and chemical washing plant W. Kelling was located in the nearby Seestrasse.

The five-axis main view shows towards Emilienstraße, while towards Gartenstraße the narrow side with a width of two double window axes shows. The house has a high, tiled hipped roof .

On the ground floor of the street view towards Emilienstraße there is a three-axis stand bay window with pilaster strips , in the roof above there are two hipped dormers . In the roof of the main view of Gartenstraße there is a wide dwelling with a triangular gable with gable shoulders , beneath which is a plaster block . In the gable there is an ornament in the style of Art Deco . In the right side view there is an entrance porch, above this also an Art Deco ornamentation.

The plastered building with cast stone is simply structured.

The rich interior in the Art Deco style, especially in the stairwell and in some interior rooms, has largely been preserved.
